Prepare the Equipment
Carefully disassemble and pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger fitness machines.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
